Previously he owned key areas of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and other Dynamics products (Dynamics NAV and the Microsoft Business Framework). Prior to join Microsoft he worked as a technical consultant on large international software projects. Mauro holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and he is the author of various technical books.
